Shipping Policy

Made-to-Order Production
All our products are made-to-order (MTO). They are produced after you place the order and we receive the full payment.

Processing Time
We start production once your payment is confirmed. Please allow 30–40 business days for your order to be shipped.
Note: During busy seasons, the processing time may be slightly extended, but we will notify you in advance.

Why does it take this long?
Our models are manufactured in batches to ensure quality and efficient use of materials. Your order may be combined with others in the same production run. This is how we keep our prices fair while delivering high‑quality RC aircraft.

Shipping & Tracking
After your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email. 

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address. All prices include standard shipping to the destination.
